Council agrees to $50-per-month transient merchant fee for cell‑phone vendors

The council ultimately agreed to charge transient merchant fees for cell-phone providers at $50.00 per month and directed City Attorney Beth Anne Childs to prepare ordinance language and update the Manual of Fees. A separate agenda item (item #13) covering broader fee changes to the Manual of Fees was tabled by motion of Joe Church and second by Heather Green; that motion also passed unanimously.
