Trustees back volunteer trail clean-up and ask staff to draft motorized-bike awareness campaign

Separately, trustees discussed resident concerns about motorized and electric dirt bikes on trails and roads. Trustees noted SCSA3 has limited enforcement authority over bikes and asked staff to explore an education-focused awareness campaign and ensure any applicable violation fee is reflected in the rates-and-fees update.
