Bristow council approves two lot splits on S. Hickory Street

The Bristow City Council voted March 3 to approve two lot splits recommended by the Planning & Zoning Board: one affecting 708, 710 and 712 S. Hickory Street (Lots 2–4, Block 8, Gibbs Addition) and a second dividing 1602 S. Hickory into two tracts (Lot 18 and the north half of Lot 19; Lot 20 and the south half of Lot 19).
Joe Church moved to accept the Planning & Zoning recommendation on the three-parcel split; Judd Johns seconded. For the 1602 S. Hickory split, Johns moved and Frank Groom seconded. Both motions carried on unanimous roll-call votes with Church, Fletcher, Green, Groom, Johns, Roberts and Witty recorded as 'Aye'.
City staff did not record conditions or amendments to the lot-split approvals in the minutes. The actions clear the recorded legal descriptions in Creek County land records and allow property owners to proceed with the next steps in permitting or land transfers.
