Garrett Tschida, president of the Youth Livestock Sale (YLS), presented mandatory meeting dates to the Fair Board on Feb. 17. He said the committee set three dates for mandatory meetings: April 13 (Wright, 6:30 p.m.), April 15 (CAMPLEX Central Pavilion, 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) and April 16 (CAMPLEX Central Pavilion, 6:00 p.m.).
Tschida said the sale committee is finalizing policies for the Fair Book, all buyer payments have been received, and one seller’s check is being reissued. The board heard these operational updates to ensure exhibitor compliance and payment processing ahead of the sale.
