Crooks council approves cooperation with Minnehaha County for elections, schedules June 2 special election and authorizes Secure SD application

Council also approved a motion to participate with the county for a special election to be held June 2 during the primary (city voters will receive nonpartisan city ballots in addition to partisan primary ballots), authorized the city administrator to apply for the Secure SD cybersecurity program (training and vendor cost defrays), and moved the second May council meeting from Memorial Day (May 25) to May 26.
