Summary

Conditions include recording a deed restriction limiting use to seniors for 30 years, submission and acceptance of a noise study and mitigation if required, and revised stormwater/grading and emergency plans.
• Item 5.2 — Lennar Heritage Gardens FDP amendment: Motion to recommend the final development plan amendment and related FDP changes to the village board. Vote: 7–0, recommendation approved; conditions include final engineering approvals, updated wetland/stormwater work and clarifications regarding outlot maintenance responsibilities.
• Item 5.3 — Heritage Gardens Replat 3 (prelim/final plat): Motion to recommend approval of the preliminary and final plat for Replat 3 and acceptance/release of required easements. Vote: 7–0, recommendation approved; final plat recordation and engineering approvals required prior to construction.
All formal votes were unanimous. Several follow‑up tasks for applicants and staff were noted (CSM and deed restriction recording, noise study completion, engineering/stormwater approvals and development agreements).
