- Awarded the bid for the jail fire-panel project to Matco Electric Corporation for $327,000; motion by Joe Tobia, seconded by Scott J. Van Etten; vote recorded as 5-0 in both committees.
- Authorized transferring $67,000 from the Restricted Public Safety Building Repairs and Renovations Reserve Fund to the Jail Equipment/Fire Panel Project; motion by William Thew, seconded by Paul E. Van Caeseele; vote 5-0.
- Awarded the bid for booking-countertop replacement to Sierra Contractors for $25,000; motion by Paul E. Van Caeseele, seconded by William Thew; vote 5-0.
- Authorized transferring $9,000 from the same restricted reserve to Jail Major Equipment/Countertops; motion by Paul E. Van Caeseele, seconded by Robert V. Nichols; vote 5-0.
