The consent items approved included: a professional services agreement between Jackson Hole Fire/EMS and EMS|MC for billing services at 5% of net collections; a Station 7 vehicle exhaust removal system awarded to Snake River MEP Complete, Inc. for $106,242.00; an ADA lap pool replacement lift to All Terrain Medical and Mobility, LLC for $11,735.00; a headliner contract through Wasserman Music for Charles Wesley Goodwin to perform July 22, 2026, for $85,000 plus $2,500 hospitality and $250 ground buyout; a support-act contract through WME for Molly Tuttle for $35,000; Brookhurst Construction contract for Administration sidewalk upgrades for $204,900.00; Search & Rescue HVAC design with Beyond Efficiency for $25,000 and related EMP funding up to $25,000; Amendment #1 to HDR Engineering for $90,550 (amending that contract to a total of $202,810) for Recycling Center Truck Scale construction-phase services; temporary construction easements including a $50,000 just-compensation payment related to Wilson Active Transportation Improvements; and a printer/copier lease amendment increasing monthly lease to $2,487.48.
The consent agenda was moved, amended to pull the six-month budget amendment, and then approved. The board called the vote and the minutes record "all in favor." These items were approved as presented in their staff reports; the minutes do not record extended discussion on these consent items during the meeting.
