During the Feb. 2, 2026 joint meeting, the consent calendar — including item A to approve the Jan. 5, 2026 Regular Joint Meeting minutes — was approved by both the Town Council and County Commission. On behalf of the Town, Devon Viehman moved and Kevin Regan seconded the motion; Mayor Arne Jorgensen called the Town vote and the record states all were in favor. On behalf of the County, Natalia Macker moved and Len Carlman seconded; Vice-Chair Wes Gardner called the County vote and the record states all were in favor.
Later in the meeting, motions to adjourn were made and carried for both bodies. On behalf of the Town, Devon Viehman moved and Kevin Regan seconded to adjourn; Mayor Jorgensen called the vote and all were in favor. On behalf of the County, Natalia Macker moved and Len Carlman seconded to adjourn; Vice-Chair Gardner called the vote and all were in favor. The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
