Ed Brockman, representing the referral, said the Town of Italy ZBA and Planning Board had worked extensively on the draft and that a public hearing is scheduled for April 18.
Board members discussed wording on corporate entities and whether singling out LLCs could be bypassed; Brockman said the language includes an extensive list covering corporate variations. John Sigmon called the draft “very balanced” for local residents. The board issued a GML 239 determination of no significant countywide impact.
