Gerhardt responded to committee questions about project scope and permitting requirements. The committee accepted the report as information and did not register objections to forwarding ESD-related materials to the Legislative meeting for consideration.
The presentation was part of the county's review of ESD grant candidates; the Village of Penn Yan was the other major project discussed alongside Lakemont Landing housing. County staff will include the wastewater project materials in the packet for the upcoming Legislative meeting.
