The Clay City Council reviewed a list of properties declared public nuisances and removed three addresses that had since come into compliance. The council set a public hearing on the remaining properties for Tuesday, Aug. 25 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
Chair read the list and noted 5310 Maggot Drive, 5453 Old Sprinkle Road and 6433 Chrissy Drive had come into compliance and were removed from the list. The council approved the resolution with the three deletions and scheduled the hearing to allow property owners and neighbors to appear at the Aug. 25 meeting.
The council did not provide further details in the discussion about remediation timelines for the remaining properties; staff will handle notification and hearing logistics.
