Facility Manager Meagan Westfall told commissioners the courthouse still has HVAC issues and requested that contractor Havel repair second-floor heating; she also reported that new carpets will be installed soon in the annex. Derek Hagan, the courthouse renovation project manager, gave an update on work to the arched windows. Steven Holman of Meriplex reported he is compiling a phone list for a Level 365 phone migration for county systems.
Commissioners also noted the Wind and Solar Ordinance committee has not met. No schedule for that committee or further details about HVAC repair timelines or costs were recorded in the minutes.
