The Administrator said next steps include approving or updating the contractor agreement to reflect the new deadline, sending a letter and timeline to residents, launching a reassessment FAQ/website, and scheduling a community meeting to explain the process.
Residents at the meeting urged clearer communication and follow-up on reassessment results. The County’s summary notes deliverables remain outstanding and procedural steps — including a public hearing and any necessary equalization — must be completed before the reassessment is finalized.
