Topping said the funds "will be receipted in to the Health Department Building fund with a revenue line created for CARES Act money after the transfer is completed." The transfer was recorded in the minutes as part of the Auditor’s requests for routine budget adjustments; the action establishes the accounting line to fund the Health Department building project from previously held CARES Act resources.
