Judge Maria Granger asked the council to approve a $2,670 appropriation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Fund for ADR services; the council approved the request unanimously on April 8. The Superior Court also received a staff-requested transfer to cover law books and equipment.
Magistrate Julie Fessel Flanigan asked for several transfers for witness and deposition costs, law books and interpreter services and requested a correction to the account line for the increase; council members set aside the prior vote and approved the corrected transfer when she amended the increase line to the GAL account (1000.30048.00000.9600).
