BLM Wells field manager reports prescribed burn, appealed decision and multiple NEPA projects

Fisher outlined several NEPA processes in the field office: Beacon Hill exploration (~61 acres), Nevada North Lithium exploration (initial ~250‑acre phase within a 7,800‑acre area), and ongoing work on Crescent Valley Geothermal and Roostercomb Solar. She said Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) contracts and some delegations are paused during administrative turnover, which could delay contract execution and delegations of authority.
