Awards included a $2,193,245.87 contract to Bowes Construction, Inc. for urban grading, asphalt surfacing, curb & gutter and lighting in Deuel County (SD28 through Toronto), among other awards listed in the handout.
On a motion by Don Roby, seconded by Mike Vehle, the Commission voted aye by voice vote to approve all February 18 bids as presented by the Department.
