Notable items included EM‑PH‑PP 0013(49)121 in Brookings County (CCO No.2: +$143,411.60 for muck excavation and dewatering), NH 0014(249)415 (US14 structure east of Volga; CCO No.1: +$85,695.10, a 26.6% increase tied to concrete removal quantity adjustments), and P 0025(88)115 (SD25 north of De Smet; CCO No.3: +$836,682.08 for quantity adjustments, repair of a damaged detour route, and increased asphalt binder needs). Smith said many adjustments resulted from reconciling contract quantities with as‑built work.
