The Prue Public Schools Board of Education approved its consent agenda at the Feb. 9, 2026 regular meeting, voting to accept corrected minutes from the Jan. 12 regular meeting, the February activity fund report, and the February treasurer’s report. Clerk Caitlyn Owens moved to approve the minutes; Deputy Clerk Heather Jordan seconded the motion, and the roll call recorded four yes votes and one absent member.
The board also approved General Fund encumbrances dated Feb. 5, 2026, including a $500 charge to Brown & Hartman Engraving and an $11,812.13 item for a food serving counter/table, listed as encumbrances #159 and #160. James Willcox moved to approve the encumbrances and Heather Jordan seconded. The roll call vote was Troutman yes; Horton recorded as absent; Owens yes; Jordan yes; Willcox yes. The minutes record the combined encumbrances at roughly $12,312.13.
