During the Jan. 12 meeting the board approved the Prue School January 2025 Activity Fund Report and the January 2025 Treasurer's Report. Both motions were moved by James Willcox; the Activity Fund motion was seconded by Heather Jordan and the Treasurer's Report motion was seconded by Bethanie Horton. The minutes record unanimous roll-call Yes votes on both approvals.
The board also approved a General Fund encumbrance (#158, dated 1/8/2026) for a washing machine for Child Nutrition from Lowe's for $800, and approved Sinking Fund encumbrance #3 (12/17/2025) payable to UMB Bank, N.A., listed in the minutes at $187,468.75. Motions for those encumbrances were made and seconded and recorded as unanimous approvals.
