The secondary egress area associated with the project remains fenced off per the original neighborhood agreement but is still city right‑of‑way and mowed as a drainage easement; there are no current plans to alter its status.
Staff did not request formal action at the meeting and will continue inspections and coordination with the contractor as needed.
