Haley said the applicant provided three quotes; the lowest was $5,087.75 and, per the policy, 50% equals $2,543.88. Haley noted the policy minimum is $2,500, so the request met the minimum requirement.
Chair called for a motion to approve an enhancement grant not to exceed $2,543.88; a board member moved, a second was given, and the board approved the grant 5-0. Haley said the applicant submitted an administratively complete application before starting work and was present at the meeting to answer questions.
