Corey presented the application and said the alley has no improvements or utilities, no correspondence was received from utility providers in Midas, and the fire protection district raised questions but ultimately had no objections after discussion. Staff recommended approval with conditions including reversion of title to the adjacent parcel and reservation of easements for access and maintenance should public utilities be present.
A commissioner moved to approve the right-of-way vacation (recorded mover: Commissioner Jefferson; second recorded as Commissioner Hartley). The chair called for a voice vote and the motion carried.
