A City of Eagle staff member updated commissioners that the next meeting’s agenda tentatively includes three public hearings and that Cedarbrook Commercial remains continued while the commission awaits an ACHG report.
"One of those is Cedarbrook Commercial, which was continued. That's the one off of Highway 55 and Beacon Light," the staff member said, adding: "we believe we'll be able to bring that back to you at the next meeting, which is January 5." The staff member also wished commissioners a Merry Christmas.
The commission did not take further action on Cedarbrook Commercial at this meeting; the item remains pending the ACHG report and is tentatively set for the next meeting.
