Commissioners approve two-year Meriplex IT support contract

Commissioner Dan Borgenheimer moved to approve the contract; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Laura Coons and carried on a recorded vote of 3–0.
County staff said the change shifts the term length and adjusts service blocks but did not provide a line-item comparison of last year’s hours or the new hourly block allocations during the meeting. The board did not request additional public comment before the vote.
The contract approval was entered as a formal motion in the meeting record; staff said details and a signed agreement will be added to county records.
