Commission told of resident letter opposing cell tower in Lucky Nugget 2 area

"That letter's gonna probably seem pretty abrasive to you," the committee member said, offering to explain the history and to take calls from commissioners with questions. The committee member added that the letter came from the resident, not from staff.
The chair clarified that the cell-tower matter is no longer an item that comes before the planning commission for a vote. "It is not something we vote on any longer," the chair said. The committee member said Rand had located additional laws supporting the course of action they had taken, but no formal action or appeal regarding the tower was recorded at the meeting.
