Commission narrowly approves exemption from FY2022 audit MDA, 3-2

The motion initially tied 2-2; Chairman Seay voted in favor, producing a 3-2 outcome that excused the Administrator from completing the FY2022 MDA. The minutes record the procedural vote and the commission did not set a schedule to retroactively add the MDA for FY2022 in the meeting minutes.
