The Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority sworn in Sarah Koznek as a new board member during its Feb. 4, 2026 regular meeting held via Zoom. The meeting was called to order at 2:04 p.m. and three board members were present, constituting a quorum.
Annie Kent Droppert moved to approve the January 7 regular meeting minutes; Sheryl Newton seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board reviewed the December 2025 financial statements but took no action on them during the meeting. The session adjourned at 2:21 p.m. after a closing motion by Droppert, seconded by Koznek, which passed unanimously.
