The Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority Board voted unanimously on Feb. 4, 2026, to invest in a Certificate of Deposit and in Wyoming CLASS as part of its investment strategy. Board Member Annie Kent Droppert moved to approve the investments; Sarah Koznek seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board recorded that Stacy Stoker, Housing Manager, is authorized to open accounts with Wyoming CLASS and Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union in accordance with the Housing Authority’s investment policy. The financial review that preceded the vote covered the December 2025 financials; no separate action was taken on that review during the meeting.
The approval directs staff to complete account setup consistent with the authority’s policy and does not by itself change budget appropriations or program funding.
