Ms. Calder presented the matrix and said the board will work with Teton County on hiring under the document. Board members noted that the top of each band would require substantial skill and experience. Ms. Bess moved to adopt the salary matrix and Ms. Scharp seconded; the motion passed 6-0.
The board recorded no further discussion or public comment on the matrix during the meeting. The approved matrix will guide compensation for the Executive Director and other positions the board intends to fill.
