Treasurer Thomas O’Brien reported that more than $96 million in ARPA funds had been distributed in Plymouth County and that $1,147,715.70 remained to be allocated before the December 31, 2026 deadline. Commissioner Jared L. Valanzola moved to approve a $13,418.25 disbursement to Clifton Larson Allen, LLP for administrative support; Commissioner Gregory M. Hanley seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The Treasurer characterized the approved payment as administrative support for continued ARPA distribution efforts; no further ARPA disbursements were voted at the meeting.
