At the June 22 meeting the Chair proposed — and the Commission agreed by consensus — to hold a final meeting on June 29, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to approve the Final Report and then recess during July.
Commissioner Cindy Perdue-Dolan specifically requested that a representative from the County Attorney's Office attend the June 29 meeting and that copies of all correspondence between the Study Commission (or County Attorney) and the Secretary of State and Dan Clark regarding fire ballot questions be provided. The Commission recorded consensus on the meeting schedule and a direction to obtain the requested documents for review at the next meeting.
