Ms. Melendez also reported breaches related to the deaths of property owners and presented a list of mid-year covenant changes for conservation-use parcels. The board approved sending intent-to-breach letters with no penalty (motion by Eric Jackson; second Casey Ryals) and separately approved the mid-year covenant changes (motion by Eric Jackson; second AJ Zurzolo). Both votes were 5-0.
