Staff requested a revised west elevation to show how signage will interact with recently-proposed spandrel glass; the applicant agreed. Resident Lauren Huber noted Eagle allows halo illumination only and described why a white logo would not present cleanly with halo halo lighting; the applicant and staff agreed to proceed without illumination at this time.
The board carried a motion to recommend approval with a site-specific condition requiring the revised west-elevation elevation drawings for staff review.
