Commission approves jail fire-alarm replacement and inter-county housing agreement

The agreement lists operational details including supervisor responsibility for inmate supervision, record maintenance by the sheriff's office and invoice and payment procedures; it also specifies a 60-day termination clause after an initial six-month period. The transcript records the compensation clause: "AUTAUGA agrees to pay $30.00 per day (or portion thereof) for each of its prisoners housed in the Coosa County Jail."
