Coosa County approves construction agreement for McClellan Industrial Drive extension to benefit Alabama Graphite Products

The Coosa County Commission adopted Resolution No. 250408 authorizing the county to enter into an agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the McClellan Industrial Drive extension project (Project IAR-019-000-004; CPMS Ref#100078596), a roadway improvement described as "grade, drain, base, and pave for the extension of McClellan Industrial Dr." to benefit Alabama Graphite Products.
Commissioner John Forbus moved to approve the construction agreement; Commissioner Ronnie Joiner seconded the motion and the minutes record a unanimous vote. The resolution authorizes Chairman Lamar Daugherty to execute the agreement, requires the county clerk to keep a copy on file once executed by all parties, and cites the state-level execution processes including signatures by the Alabama Department of Transportation and the governor as required.
