After executive session, Development Authority prices 1.2-acre BARIP parcel at $65,000

The motion carried with no recorded opposition. The board recorded no additional conditions beyond the covenant restriction, and staff were directed to proceed with whatever transactional steps the covenants and county procedures require. No buyer was identified at the meeting.
