Almost ruined our crack system for our heating and air," one commissioner said of prior work at a detention facility; legal and procurement staff advised the court that the county can renew the contract for smaller jobs while excluding the jail under the TDIC cooperative arrangement. The court approved the combined approach (renew Larry's for small jobs; TDIC for commercial/detention) by voice vote, 5–0.
