Prue Board approves consent agenda including minutes, activity fund and treasurer's report

At its Dec. 8 meeting the Prue Board approved the consent agenda: Nov. 10 minutes, the December Activity Fund Report, the December Treasurer's Report, and listed General Fund encumbrances and purchase orders.
The board approved routine items under the consent agenda by a series of motions recorded in the minutes. Mrs. Owens moved to approve the Nov. 10, 2025 regular meeting minutes, seconded by Ms. Jordan; that motion passed with a roll-call vote (Troutman Yes; Horton N/A; Owens Yes; Jordan Yes; Willcox Yes).
Subsequent consent votes approved the Prue School December 2025 Activity Fund Report and the December 2025 Treasurer's Report. The minutes also record General Fund encumbrances (PO #154–#157) and a change order (PO #24 Osage County Treasurer for reevaluation $655.07).
