Committee members were told the village approved ownership of a commercial building but that estate/sibling disputes remain. Staff said they had contacted the village attorney and will follow up; if ownership cannot be resolved, the county may be asked to reconsider approving the structure or pursue demolition.
Marie also noted two upcoming webinars: one on PFAS rulemaking scheduled for today and another on biosolids; staff circulated links to members for participation.
