Board members moved and seconded nominations and then closed nominations before voting. Peggy Buchda nominated Williams for president (seconded by Bill Neville); the motion to close nominations was moved by Mary Sladich and seconded by Buchda. The same procedural pattern confirmed Neville as vice president and Gelhaus as secretary. All votes were recorded "all aye." Six members were present for the votes; one member (Debbie Perkl) was noted absent.
