LCB HR reports separation data, exit-survey outreach and 'perfect payroll' streak

Yoli said the agency completed 56 separation actions in 2025 (retirements, transfers, resignations, dismissals and end-of-project appointments). HR contacted 37 employees for exit engagement, invited 34 to interviews, 18 accepted interviews and 17 completed the Qualtrics exit survey; 19 separations were same-day short-notice departures. Reported reasons for leaving included pay or promotion opportunities, organizational leadership issues, and personal reasons such as relocation or health.
Janita thanked the payroll and HRMS teams and said LCB achieved 24 "perfect payrolls" in 2025 (all staff paid through the system without manual checks) and the streak continued into 2026 with five perfect payrolls so far; she contrasted that with only five perfect statewide payrolls for context.
HR said exit-interview findings are briefed to division directors and escalated to leadership when issues require further attention; the agency committed to providing comparative turnover metrics on request.
