The Allen County Drainage Board approved two petitions to install fiber-optic cable via directional bore under regulated drains. QC Communications/Comcast was approved to bore under Snyder No.3 Drain on Connors Road (Doc #26-016), and QCC (for Covington Creek Condos) was approved to bore under the Moorman Drain (Doc #26-021). ACSO recommended approval for both petitions.
Both petition records include the same minimum-boring-depth note: borings must be at least 5 feet below the lowest ditch grade or 3 feet below tile. Board members approved the petitions (motions moved by Ronald W. Turpin and seconded by Richard E. Beck Jr.) and recorded the actions as carried in the minutes.
