The Allen County Drainage Board voted Feb. 5 to approve an amendment to the 2026 Drains-on-Collection list that adds five drains jointly managed with Whitley and DeKalb counties. ACSO (Allen County Surveyor’s Office) recommended the change; Richard E. Beck Jr. moved to approve Doc #26-007 and Ron Turpin seconded. The motion carried.
