CID recognizes Councilwoman Gendelstrupter; hears manager's report and a public comment before adjourning

During the reports portion of the Dec. 1 meeting a board member recognized Councilwoman Gendelstrupter for her service on CID boards and thanked her for assistance and advice. The chair also expressed appreciation for her service.
The district financial manager told the board that packet materials included October 2025 financial statements, insurance renewal information and continuing disclosure reports for the fourth quarter of 2025; the manager also presented proposed dates for the 2026 board meeting calendar, which the board approved later in the meeting. During public comment a speaker identified as "May" thanked the board for their service.
The meeting closed after a motion to adjourn was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
