"Engagement for disclosure counsel...they are in charge of putting together any offering documents that are put out then when we do a public bid," bond counsel said, describing the role of disclosure counsel in preparing offering materials for the sale. Chair moved to approve the engagement; after a second, the board voted 'Aye' and approved the retention.
