Commissioner Delmo (speaker 2) emphasized the operational risk of incorrect pay and described NeoGov’s team offering direct support: "Alan... went as far as to send me his personal phone number and contact information with an invitation to call him with any issue that crops up." On a motion and second, the board approved using capital fund monies for years 1–2 of implementation, noting that ongoing maintenance fees will be budgeted from the operating budget after implementation.
