After the presentation Commissioner Judy Dodge moved to recess the regular meeting at 9:42 a.m. to an executive session "to discuss Appointments, Dismissals, Promotions, Demotions, Job Postings, Resignations, Discipline, Pending Litigation, Employments, and Economic Development," seconded by Commissioner Mary A. McDonald. A roll-call vote recorded Mrs. Rice, Ms. McDonald and Ms. Dodge voting "aye," and the board entered executive session at 9:43 a.m.
