Commissioners discussed timing to ensure the selected consultant can meet notice and review deadlines; the Commission set Feb. 23 as the date to complete proposal reviews and make a selection. The meeting packet materials referenced the RFP and the Commission's intent to expedite selection to align with subsequent zoning bylaw work.
